Coming and going

On arrival at the Nursery class please bring your child right into the Nursery so that staff are aware of her/his arrival. It is helpful for your child to be settled at an activity before you leave.

Please ensure you always inform the Nursery Staff if there is any change in the arrangements for collecting your child from the Nursery class.

The nursery staff will not release any child to an adult or carer without prior information and permission from you.

If you have temporary difficulties either bringing or collecting your child from School, please discuss this matter with the Nursery Staff. It is vitally important that children arrive on time for Nursery as they can miss instructions or planned activities, and it is sad to think of them missing any part of what is a relatively small amount of Nursery education time per day. Similarly it is important that children are not caused distress by being picked up late.
